I am very happy and honored to create a cover illustration for my friend Ian. his new sci-fi book just released at amazon. haven't read the story yet, but the book got a lot of positive comments at amazon. if you are interested in purchase one , here is the online link for it.
I made two versions: warm tone and cold tone. and the book ended up with the cold one. really excited to get the physical paper book!!

last week, I spent a 5 days in Annecy, met a lot of film makers and animators from all over the world, it was definitely a fantastic experience.

there were so many things to see . master class, short film , feature film and also the section I was participated, Annecy Mifa market. mostly focus on working progress animation. they also has a special place for variety of organization , schools , company to put up a stand and introducing most recent animation resources

the screening has very special tradition, before the start of film , audience will make paper plane 

I was pitching ISLAND

and of course , the best part is to make some new friends from all over the world, Hope I will be able to come back to Annecy in the future
